1 Year Warranty

At Sakura Hoseki, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we create. Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our high standards. We provide a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship
  • Faulty clasps or closures due to manufacturing defects
  • Loose or damaged settings caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Any workmanship issues that occur under normal use

If your jewelry is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion at no charge.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or negligence
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage resulting from modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Sakura Hoseki
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, cleaning agents, or excessive force

Warranty Claims

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@sakurahoseki.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us for inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the item and cover the cost of shipping it back to you. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

 

Resizing & Exchange Policy

To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our products, we do not accept exchanges or resizing requests for international orders. For customers within Japan, resizing and exchanges may be available in accordance with our domestic policies.

If you are an international customer and plan to visit Tokyo, we are happy to offer complimentary bracelet resizing at our showroom. Please note:

  • This service is available for bracelets only.
  • An appointment is required prior to your visit.
  • Bracelet resizing is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

If you would like to arrange a bracelet resizing during your visit to Tokyo, please contact us in advance and we will be happy to schedule an appointment for you.
