Domestic Shipping (within Japan):

Our domestic shipping option ensures that your precious Sakura Hoseki piece will arrive within 5-7 business days. Whether it's a gift for a special someone or a treat for yourself, you won’t have to wait long.

International Shipping:

For our valued customers worldwide, we offer international shipping. We hope you understand that global distances may require a bit more time. Your patience will be rewarded when your Sakura Hoseki treasure arrives within up to 15 business days, bringing a touch of elegance to any corner of the globe.

​Returns: Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction 

Domestic Returns (within Japan):

We want you to love your Sakura Hoseki jewelry as much as we do. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for domestic orders within 14 days of receiving the item. Whether you've changed your mind or need a different size, we're here to assist you in the return process.

Please note that for returns within Japan, the item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the return process, and we'll guide you through the steps.

If you wish to cancel a domestic order within 24 hours of placing it, you may do so, but please note that you will receive only 90% of your refund due to non-refundable payment processing fees and currency exchange deductions. After 24 hours, cancellations are strictly not possible.

International Returns:

Due to the complexity of international logistics, we do not accept returns for international orders. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order. Our team is here to provide all the information you need to make an informed decision.
